Dr. Carter’s work has been formed through more than two decades of clinical, operational, and executive leadership across complex healthcare environments.

She integrates strategic insight, business thinking, leadership scholarship, and a sustained concern for the humanity of leaders—translating lived executive realities into doctrines, frameworks, books, educational experiences, and institutions.

Her continued formation includes business coursework through Wharton and participation as an alumna of the AONL Director Fellowship, complementing doctoral preparation and a career of applied healthcare leadership.
